1、Introduction to the machine unit
The machine unit is used to cut the coiled steel sheet to certain pieces of steel tape with certain length along the lengthwise direction. Then wind it into steel tape coils. Applicable to longitudinal shearing length division of stainless steel, common carbon steel, color-coated sheets, electrolytic plates, galvanized sheets and other metal coiled sheets. The raw coiled stock is uncoiled by uncoiling device. The steel tape is sent to circle shear through materials guiding machine. A certain number of disc blades cut it into tape with required width. The cut steel tape is sent to product coiling machine through separating and pressing devices. The machine unit is usually made up of electro-hydraulic feeding trolley, hydraulic double-cone discharging machine, traction device and head cutting machine, comb-like roller and tension station, coiling platen, cantilever type materials collection machine, electro-hydraulic discharging trolley and hydraulic and pneumatic supporting system, etc and features stable performance and convenient operation.
2、Configuration of electric system
A、The control system takes programmable logic controller (PLC) as the core and usually uses Siemens S7-300/400 series, etc.
B、The DC transmission system adopts full digital DC speed adjusting device and usually uses German Siemens 6RA70 and 6RA80 series, ABB DCS800 series, EUROTHERM 590 series, etc.
C、The AC transmission system adopts full digital frequency conversion speed regulator and usually uses Siemens S120 series, MM440 series, Inovance MD380 series, etc.
D、Equipped with HMI human-machine interface (touch screen) with usually used Siemens TP270 and MP370 series.
E、Equipped with upper supervisory control computer (Industrial Personal Computer) with commonly used Advantech series, Siemens PC 847, etc.
